[iOS] Bottom ribbon not scrollable with an external keyboard

Mobile Tablets: The Editing Toolbar does not appear if a physical keyboard is connected

The Editing Toolbar is not shown while editing a note when a physical keyboard is used (USB or Bluetooth). Obsidian is stuck in navigation mode. Confirmed report form iPadOS. Might be a problem on Android too
