Request for "All Users" or System-Wide Installation on Windows Feature requests

Use case or problem Problem / current behavior : On machines running Windows there is no option to Install Obsidian for ALL users or “system-wide” at this time. Use case: At an enterprise level, System Administrators may be required to manage Obsidian installations where users are restricted from installing applications.
