Installation on Windows Command line with disabling of automatic updates

Use case or problem

In my workplace, we utilise secure workstations for client work. These are tightly locked down. I have requested my admin team allow installation of Obsidian as it’s my primary notetaking tool.
They say this is not possible as currently the tool can’t be installed on Windows through a command line whilst choosing to disable automatic updates.

Proposed solution

Allow user’s to install through the Windows command line and disable automatic updates to effectively make it an “offline version”.
