The Average Directional Index (ADX) is used to measure the strength or weakness of a trend, not the actual direction. Directional movement is defined by +DI and -DI.

Thanks. The editor doesn’t interpret correctly a list beginning with 01.
Not only that.
01. aaa is replaced with
10. aaa or
11. aaa, or
21. aaa, the bug remains. As a matter of fact, it seems to me that as long as the list number is greater than 9, the problem arises.
Just to confirm that I’m seeing a similar rendering bug with unordered lists too, as can be seen in the screenshot.
This is for Obsidian Version 1.1.16 (Installer 1.1.16) on MacOS (installed from brew).
I see the same bug on Obsidian 1.4.3 (95) API v1.1.16 on Android (installed from the Google play store).
Seems that any lists placed before code blocks break the code formatting
error with list
