Indentation guides not shown when indentation < 4 spaces

Steps to reproduce

In a new note type

- Foo
  Bar
- Foo
  Bar

Expected result

With 2-space indentation both “Bar” appearances are valid list item continuations according to the commonmark spec. So they should behave exactly as 4-space indented continuations.

Actual result

Obsidian recognize <4-space continuations as such except for indentation guides, which are only shown when indentation is 4 spaces.
