Indentation guide breaks on blank lines, but folds correctly

Steps to reproduce

* meep
	- nope

	- fold me

Expected result

Indent/fold guide rendered correctly.

Actual result

Obsidian bug 2
meep will fold “fold me” correctly, but will the indent/fold guide (the grey vertical line in the gutter) gets broken over the blank line.

Btw, a tab on the empty line will fix the guide, but the tab itself is rendered incorrectly… (like half the size of what it should be). A different instance of Tabs render inconsistently.
