Steps to reproduce
Create a note with the following content:

foo
# a
bar
Press and hold Ctrl and hover over the second a heading in the Outline pane. This yields the following, incorrect, preview (expected bar, got foo):
Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]
Yes, the above screenshot is taken from the sandbox vault.
Expected result
I expect to see the second header rendered in the preview tooltip.
Actual result
The rendered preview is for the first occurrence of # a in the document, regardless of which heading I hover over in the Outline pane.
