I am finding a discrepancy in how bullets are positioned when images are included.
Steps to reproduce
- Create outline, add image
Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

Expected result
- I expect the bullets to be the same in all cases–I think I prefer them to be aligned to the top of the image, but either way it should be consistent
Actual result
- The bullet point is above the TOP corner of the image, if
- in reading view
- in edit view, and the image is not resized
- The bullet point is at the BOTTOM corner of the image, if
- in edit view, and the image is resized, e.g.

- in edit view, and the image is resized, e.g.
