Inconsistent bullet position with images

I am finding a discrepancy in how bullets are positioned when images are included.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create outline, add image

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

  • Yes

Expected result

  • I expect the bullets to be the same in all cases–I think I prefer them to be aligned to the top of the image, but either way it should be consistent

Actual result

  • The bullet point is above the TOP corner of the image, if
    • in reading view
    • in edit view, and the image is not resized
  • The bullet point is at the BOTTOM corner of the image, if
    • in edit view, and the image is resized, e.g. |640x480; or,
    • pdf is exported

I have the same issue. In reading view the bullet points are at the top left (as I prefer) and in editing view they are on the bottom left.
