Include HTML in WYSIWYG Rendering

This is regarding the Discord poll on WYSIWYG, of the currently voted result, option 2.

When WYSIWYG mode is added to Obsidian, it would be extremely useful if HTML could be rendered and unfolded in addition to the support of Markdown. This would allow for further formatting options in edit mode. For example, inline HTML span elements could be used to change text font, color, and/or background color.

From my understanding of the poll, there may also be a toolbar to insert Markdown syntax. This could be expanded to basic HTML elements as well, including for the above example, and would compliment Microsoft Word type usage.
