Include a file.name property in the properties plugina

Use case or problem

Viewing a file’s properties in the side bar is very useful.

However, if you have multiple side-by-side files open, it isn’t immediately clear which file the properties side bar is referring to.

Proposed solution

Make the file’s name visible as an editable property in the properties side bar.

Reason

1. To make it clear which file the side bar currently has loaded.
2. To make it possible to rename the file from the properties side bar.

this is a general UX issue that applies to all sidebar tabs not just properties. I feel it would be better to file this as a general UX improvement request
