I have used Obsidian for a few month now for notes taking on my study. Some of the notes i make is in handwriting on my Onyx boox. Is it possible to get those handwritten notes linked into my Obsidian vault?

From the website it looks like it is an android tablet with eInk display.
Maybe you can install the obsidian android app.
Otherwise, if you are able to export the documents to a file you can put them in your vault and link them
