Images and mermaid codes not being embedded, asterix/underscore commands and hashtags for titles not disappearing

Things I have tried

What I’m trying to do

Things were fine until I copied the obsidian vaults, externally, into another folder.

Here are the things I have tried:

  1. Uninstall-install again and opened the files.
  2. Opening new vaults to see if the commands and features were working.

I have uploaded some screenshots.

Did you, somehow, not copy the hidden folders which contain all the config information?

I’ve copied everything including the .md files. Even crosschekced it.
