Image Link Format and Relative Path in Settings

For compatibility with other Markdown applications, it would be nice to control the Image Link Format and Relative Path for pasted images in Settings.

Use case or problem

Obsidian pastes an image into the editor thusly:

Would be nice if settings could allow a different format and specification of a relative path thusly:

Proposed solution

Provide settings for Image Link Format and Relative Path in Settings.

Current workaround (optional)

I’m manually creating the subfolder and pasting the alternate link format.
