If I create a new note with a template and start typing, I start typing inside the properties code

I have templater installed, and I have default templates for certain folders.
If create a new note by writing the internal link to a new note and then clicking on the link, it opens the new note with the correct information obtained from the default template I selected. In my case the template consists only of properties.
However, if I start typing just after the creation of the note, without changing the position of the cursor, I write inside properties code.
