Steps to reproduce
Case A (Bases embedded in a note → jump to end)
- Open a note (Note A) that contains an embedded Bases view (e.g., a Bases table embedded in the note).
- Click an item/row inside the embedded Bases view to open the corresponding note (Note B).
- Go back to Note A using Back button.
- Observe the scroll position of Note A after returning (mostly at the end of the page).
Case B (Normal internal link → scroll position shifts slightly)
- Open a note (Note C) with a normal internal link to another note.
- Scroll Note C to a specific position where have the link to Note D.
- Click an internal link to open Note D.
- Go back to Note C using Back button.
- Observe the scroll position of Note C after returning. (mostly scroll up a little bit)
Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]
Yes
Expected result
When I navigate back from Note B to Note A, Note A should remain at the same scroll position as before clicking the link (i.e., it should restore the previous view position).
Actual result
When I navigate back to Note A, the note jumps to a random location within the same note (often near the end), instead of returning to the previous scroll position.
