Ideas for creating a web hub for guides using Obsidian-inspired workflows

Hey everyone,

I’ve been exploring ways to create a small website that acts as a hub for guides and tutorials, kind of like a centralized knowledge base. Specifically, I’m thinking of building a blog site that focuses on things like UAE FAB Bank balance check related guides so users can quickly find instructions, tips, and step-by-step help.

I’m familiar with HTML, CSS, and Tailwind, and I’m wondering if it’s realistic to create a clean, responsive site for this type of content using just these tools. Ideally, I would like it to feel organized like a PKM system or wiki, maybe even with Obsidian-style navigation or collapsible sections for each guide.

Has anyone here tried building something similar, a public-facing guide site, or integrated Obsidian workflows into a web project? Any pointers on structure, tech stack, or keeping it simple but functional would be super helpful.

Thanks in advance!

The Help section contains solutions usually from non-OP’s.
The Plugins ideas and Feature requests sections often include posts with workarounds so people should not want to wait for some FR or plugin to be completed.
