I have installed the outliner plugin, but how to make it work?
I have no idea how to use it and where I can find the function entry.

Hi! Under the Community plugins tab in the Settings you should find a toggle option to enable or disable the plugin. Have you tried enabling it from there?
Of course, I turned it on, I am sure of that. I wonder how to make it happen or what should I type then to trigger it out? Just typing headers or bullets?
Why don’t you read the documentation? I don’t use this plugin - but in general all community plugins are well documented!
Just typing bullets should make it work. @alltagsverstand’s advice to go through the documentation might also help.
@alexdai You’re not alone mate, I’m just as confused as you are. The pre-baked mac key commands are in conflict with ones commonly used by the system too, i.e.; shift+cmd+up / down to select to top or bottom of page. I tried remapping them but activating the remapped keys doesn’t do anything.
