I don't understand the logic behind the synchronization

What I’m trying to do

Synchronization between smartphone and computer, via the Remotely Save plugin.

I want to set up synchronization between my computer and smartphone, via cloud drive this way. I want to synchronize the media files I upload to obsidian on my computer so that they are not uploaded to my smartphone.

The problem is that when I delete media files from my smartphone, they are deleted on my computer? And I take it from the cloud disk? Why is that?

My smartphone would be cluttered with this logic, it would not be convenient. What if I lose my smartphone? Yeah, I’m doing a back_up. But still, it’s not very convenient.

Things I have tried

I’m still a beginner.

look like mine, I didn’t find one.

This is the fundamental nature of syncing: operations performed on one machine are mirrored to some number of other machines. If you delete a file on Machine A, they’re deleted on Machine B.

It looks like Remotely Save has the limited capacity to prevent files from being synchronized. More advanced sync tools would give you even greater control over what does or doesn’t get synced and when, like filtering based on filename or date.
