I don't see the Templater Template Folder section

What I’m trying to do

'm trying to set up a unique template for a folder in my system. by creating a new folder and new template .

Things I have tried

I have restarted Obsidian, uninstalled and reinstalled Templater (v 2,4,4) but the section I see in tutorials called “Template Folders” does not appear in the Templater settings.I see Templater Hot Keys and Start Up sections.

The Trigger Templater on new file creation setting needs to be enabled to see the Folder Templates section. Maybe that?
