I can't sync my vault after renewal

Hi!

After long time being a happy user, I am facing a problem with sync for the first time. Last month I renewed my subscription (added more credits) to use the vault sync, but since a week or so I am unable to sync my vault. I have only 1 vault, but in the logs it says that I need to remove my remote vaults. But I only have 1 remote vault, so the error makes zero sense.

In my “billing” section I am seeing that my plan is “Sync Standard”.

Regards

What is the exact error message?

Hi!

In the logs I see “Failed to authenticate: Vault limit reached. Please delete a remote vault to keep syncing”

What’s your obsidian version? Can you attach the debug info (command palette-debug info)

Hi!

Sure! I attach an image with the debug info.

We looked at your account based on your email.

You changed your subscription from the 50GB plan down to the 1GB plan and you had 2 remote vaults. It won’t let you sync until you delete your other remote vault.

Hi!

I only have 1 remote vault called “Personal Stuff”. If there is another one, it must be something old that does not appear in the list of my Obsidian vaults (maybe 1 or 2 years ago I had one called “DoomsDayVault” or something like that but I do not see it in my vaults when I open Obsidian) . Is there a way to let me enumerate/delete the vaults remotely? I mean a section in the website or similar.

If no, please, delete any other vault that is not called “Personal Stuff”. This is the only REMOTE I have configured at this moment.

Regards

To see & delete the remote vaults go to: Settings > Sync > Remote vault > Manage

We can’t delete anything from our end.

Thanks! It solved the issue. Working again like a charm!
