I can't install obsidian

I installed the Obsidian 0.9.15 version several days ago. But I couldn’t input letters in it. Then I deleted the related data of obsidian and uninstalled this software. Today I tried to install the Obsidian 0.9.17. The installment failed. How can I deal with this problem?
