Hyperlink to block | External link to precise block/section of file

I everyone, I tried to search for similar topics but nothing seems to aswer my question.

Is there a way to create a hyperlink to a block, a heading or a tag to be used let’s say on Excel?

If you want links outside of Obsidian linking into Obsidian, it’s currently the obsidian url which is available. I don’t think heading/block links are supported, but searches can be done. For details, see Using obsidian URI - Obsidian Help

I also know there is work in progress related to providing more URI actions, through an extended plugin, see GitHub - Vinzent03/obsidian-advanced-uri: Advanced modes for Obsidian URI . But I don’t how far they’ve come, and how stable that is. They do however offer links to headings/blocks, and some other stuff.

Thanks a lot, with the search query I found a way round that.
