How to remove line breaks while keeping paragraphs?

I often copy texts in this layout:
Some text.

More some text.

And more some text.

If I delete line breaks the result will be: Some text. More some text. And more some text.

Instead of:
Some text.
More some text.
And more some text.

In Microsoft Word the latter can be achieved through replacement of
^p^p or ^p^?^p on ^p.
How this can be achieved in obsidian via internal functions or plugins?

Settings → Editor → Strict line breaks OFF

If you turn that off, then you should have single line breaks working.

Your post:
"Settings → Editor → Strict line breaks OFF

If you turn that off, then you should have single line breaks working."

How to make it:
“Settings → Editor → Strict line breaks OFF
If you turn that off, then you should have single line breaks working.”
Without removing the line manually? In Word I can do it, how to do it in Obsidian?

I don’t quite understand. Do you mean you want a way to do a search and replace to delete the spaces between the lines?

Yes. And be able to insert text without spacings from Word, OneNote and some web layouts to Obsidian.

In Hotkeys++ plugin there is an similar function - “Trims selected text and removes new line characters”, but the result looks like

You can try to paste with ctrl-shift-V which pastes without formatting. That might get rid of the extra spaces.

Otherwise, sorry I’m not sure how.

Yes it works, thanks! Now if I want to delete spaces in some existing text I need to insert it into Word, then replace ^p^p or ^p^?^p by ^p, then paste it into Obsidian via Ctrl+Shift+C. Looks like I need a plugin.

I created a request: Spacing and line breaks remover

Have you looked at the Linter plugin to see if it works for your situation?
