How to position Callouts horizontally?

In this youtube video, the author shows how you can create a prototype Dashboard - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rCyKvGwFnLE&ab_channel=Nathan-Obsidian

But, i have some problem. I was able to fully realize the variations of the author’s suggestions (first screenshot), but i cant arrange the icons in the same way as the author in the video (second screenshot)

How i can try to implement this solution, as the author of the video does? Because, in result, i have this (screenshot 3)

So, I’ve solved my problem. I hope that my answer will help others. The author of the video forgot to mention the css snippet with GitHub for callouts that solved everything. After installing it, everything worked.
