How to overwrite annotations in sub-folders with Zotero Integration?

What I’m trying to do

Hi all,
I’m using folders to group my Zotero reading notes. The issue is, when I import updated notes using Zotero integration, unless I specify the exact folder (from the settings of the plugin) in which I want to import, it will make a duplicate of the file instead of updating the current version.

Example:
I have a Folder called Readings, with sub-folders A, B and C. By default, my import path for my Zotero notes puts all new import in the folder Readings. If I import twice the note (ex: Chang_2020_Whales) in the folder Readings, it updates the notes content as expected.
But if I move Chang_2020_Whales in the sub-folder A, then reimport the note, I will have one version of the note Chang_2020_Whales: one in my Readings folder, and the one from before, in sub-folder A.

Is there a way to import something that has the same citekey, and for Obsidian to overwrite/update the file wherever it is…?
Or another fix?I love my sub-folders, but losing the updating and persists functions from my notes is very inconvenient.

Thank you very much.
