How to open with default app PDF or OTHER files OUTSIDE the vault on android l?

There was this query but for linux that how to open files outside vaults my doubt is how to do same thing in android 13,is that possible??

Hi same thing here but on Fairphone under Lineage OS. Trying to open a png image from outside Obsidian mobile remote vaults. I receive a “Can’t open file” message. Can you please help us ? Thanks a lot !

I think may be there is no way to do that may be.
