How to manage knowledge as a medical doctor?

Are there any med students/MDs, who would be willing to share some tips about organizing knowledge in Obsidian?

Currently I have PKM set up as:

  1. Main note: table of contents
  2. Within main note: notes for each specialty plus general category
  3. Within each specialty note: notes for symptoms, diseases, procedures

I don’t use any specific plugins or themes. Are there any that would be useful in my case?

Also, I would like to customize my page view. Is there a way to have locla graph view always visible but as a small window in the bottom right corner?

I’m not a medical doctor myself but I’m a psychologist with a keen interest in neuroscience: brain mechanisms, networks, areas, cognitive functions etc.

You can use your PKM vault for advanced indexing. For example you may have an “Amygdala” note with a backlink section that consists of every paper that is about Amygdala.
