I wan to know how to make dynamic templates. I’m improving my template note. when I improve my template, old note created using this template is not updating. am I missing any settings? or is this template plugin is just static one?

From my understanding, you are correct. It won’t update your other notes because the template you changed will only be called when inserting it into a file.

That is correct. The template is only a starting framework, there is no connection with the target file beyond a paste of the text.
