How to link the "layer block"?

What I’m trying to do

I tried to link the whole layer, but it was fail.

I wanna do this:

• Item1
  • Item1a
  • Item1b

where should I put the ^ ??

If I put ^ under Item1, the link shows only Item1 without 1a and 1b.
if I put ^ under Item1b, it shows only Item1b.
I wanna make the link that can shows whole paragraph.

Not the English nativer, hope you can understand what I mean^^.

I think that for now you need to write your block ID at the bottom of the list (or part of the list).

How to make idented list items a block

Hey Can I make an indented list a block, or event better, any element of the list together with it’s children? In the below example, how do I make Item 1 together with it’s children a block? item 1 item 1.1 item 1.2 item 2 From what I’m testing, I can only make any one line of the list a block… Thanks
