How to have lines between [[links]] and #tags not between note names

Things I have tried

I tried looking in the manual and on youtube but I could not find if it is possible to

  1. Exclude note names (since in my case those are only dates) in the graph view;
  2. Instead have line between #tags and [[links]] that appear in the notes
