How can I encrypt my notes and attachments then read it by Obsidian only? I can find and see pictures and video coming from my notes through Photos/Gallery/Files of my phone and iPad after I synchronized my notes. I don’t want this result. 
Put the vault in obsidian private directory and use obsidian sync to synchronize.

I put my obsidian vault under .nomedia folder, then i found i sloved the problem. thx.
You can also take a look at the ‘meld encrypt’ plugin
