Here is simple request to make the process simpler:

Start treating YAML "title" field as one of aliases

Use cases: Use existing databases with specified titles effectively, eliminate the need to [duplicate title into aliases field and then maintain them in sync]. This feature would be simple initial step towards support for vaults with UID based filenames (Zettelkasten).
