How to display full path at topmost frame in Windows?

The full path gets displayed at the top of the panes, but not at the top of the entire UI.
Is there a way I can show it there instead, so that
Working Safely with Small Parts - Main - Obsidian v1.6.3 becomes
Main - WW - WW How To - Working Safely with Small Parts - Obsidian v1.6.3
