How to add Title after the Date when using Periodic Notes

Hi! I’ve been trying to find a solution but not much has been discussed about this.
What I’m looking for is to be able to add a title and still have the calendar pick up those notes. I tried reading the the guide here Moment.js | Docs but it’s a bit too advanced for a beginner like me.

Note title examples:
2022-06-08 Today is rainy
2022-06-09 I finished my project
