How much does modification to Auto Note Creator cost?

How much does it cost to modify the “Auto Note Creator” plugin [0] with the following functionality:

  1. Set triggers for link creation at the end of a line (e.g., here is an example@ where @ is a trigger results in a link [[here is an example]].
  2. Only enable the plugin’s functionality for notes in a specified folder.

Thank you for the suggestions. I have commented on the tickets on Github. It should be easy enough to implement the requested functionality
