How do I use theme options from the style settings plugin with Obsidian Publish?

Many themes are using the style settings plugin to give options to customise the theme .
I want to use these options to customise my Obsidian Publish site.
When I publish the theme it seems to ignore any of the style settings plugin options.

What do I need to change in the CSS to use these options?

Will it work if I un-comment the Style setting options and set them appropriately in the theme CSS file?

I’ve had a good look around and can’t see any discussion about this.

@mgmeyers could this be added as a feature to your plugin?
A way to copy the theme’s styled css with the setting variables set to the custom values a user has set?

Does anyone know how to go about this or know if there’s a guide?
