How do I move to the old Obsidian app release in Windows?

Is possible to downgrade obsidian, to the version before the last? Help

These instructions are adapted from the ones in Discord (I’ve submitted them for inclusion in the help docs). I haven’t done this myself. Disable Insider builds Open Settings. In the sidebar, select About. Under App, disable Receive insider builds. Close Obsidian.
