How do I change the style of paragraphs?

Hello everyone,
I would like:

  • find a way to remove the space that a bulleted list produces before its block
  • bring the line following the block-list to the beginning of the line.
    I have no knowledge of code but from what I could understand in the developer tools should I modify the marging of the paragraph? How to do ?
