How do I add the search bar icon to the left panel?

you will see before it appeared to me as seen in the image the blank drawing that I made is what I want to appear in the left panel in the file explorer

If you can see the search somewhere else, drag it to where you want it. If you can’t see it, open command palette and pick “Search: Search in all files”, then drag it if you need to.

I have tried to move it but it cannot be inserted

Oh, I misunderstood what you wanted — I thought you were trying to add search to the tabs above the file explorer (where it appears by default). You’re asking how to add the search to the file explorer controls, which can’t be done.
