How can when I move the mouse pointer to a link without pressing the ctrl key, a Pop-up window appears?

Hi everyone, I’ve been using Obsidian for a few days now, and I really like it because it helps me to gain knowledge. But besides that, there are also certain problems, typically when I move the mouse pointer to a link, I need to press Ctrl, then a sub-window appears as shown below, is there a way to not need to press Ctrl? but just move the mouse pointer on the link, it still appears or not? Thanks for your help.

You can find the Settings for that in Settings -> Page Preview. Here you can fine tune where you want Obsidian to require holding CTRL and where not.
