How can we prevent local links from being translated?

When I drag a local file into OBSidian by holding down the Ctrl key, its path will be translated. Is there any way for me to avoid this translation?
(file:///E:%5CW%5Cx)
(file:///E:/W/x)
don’t want / converted to %5C (for example) in the link.

What do you want instead of the translation? How do you want to happen when you drag the link into Obsidian?
