How Can I write note in Daily Note Page and automate transfer the content into different topic without open a New MD file.

Go to settings and click at the last option!

Sorry I didn’t make myself clear.
When I open a new Daily note, for example:

Today Note MD file content:
Reading Book: [[Book1]]

  • book quotes content

Book1 MD file:
empty

the “book quotes content” only displays in Today Note MD file, can it automate transfer to new Book1.md file，or any other way to do it

Nothing automatic inside Obsidian. You may want to look at automation/macro software like Keyboard Maestro on macOS.
