How can i make it "jumpable" to corresponding parts in md-generated pdf?

Hey,I used Table of Contents plug-in and creat a table of contents in md file.It’s “jumpable”–when i click certain item of table, it jumps to the corresponding parts.

But when i export md file to pdf, the table of contents becomes colored texts and if you clicked nothing happen…

What should i do to keep it “jumpable” to corresponding parts in md-generated pdf?
