How Can I Create a Questionnaire?

What I’m trying to do

I am completely new to Obsidian and Markdown. I learned a few things from the help file and some youtube videos and started making notes. Now, what I wanna do is after I make notes of a chapter, at the end of the notes I wanna create a questionnaire in a way that answers are hidden until a click somewhere to show them all at once or one by one (whichever is possible). Anybody help please.

Are you familiar with Anki for making flashcards? It might be what you are thinking about? And there is a community plugin.
