How Can I Create a Questionnaire?

What I’m trying to do

I am completely new to Obsidian and Markdown. I learned a few things from the help file and some youtube videos and started making notes. Now, what I wanna do is after I make notes of a chapter, at the end of the notes I wanna create a questionnaire in a way that answers are hidden until a click somewhere to show them all at once or one by one (whichever is possible). Anybody help please.

if you want something quick and simple you can turn on settings / editor / fold heading + fold indent.
Then you can hide either the entire Q&A section or individual questions:
