Hotkey settings aren't registering

Version 1.1.4, Windows. - When I try set a hotkey, nothing happens.

I see this, but no hotkey registers. I want to set this ctrl+u. This worked a few days ago, but on a newer vault no dice. Note that this is happening for any command, and there isn’t any key that seems to work.

I’m seeing this too. It’s worth noting that it also wiped out a bunch of my hotkeys that I use every day.
