Hotkey behaviour (F2 rename folder)

I want to propose two small updates:

  • I am able to rename a current file with F2, but it doesn’t work for folders. Please handle this as well.

  • When I open a Command Palette I need to be able to open a Quick Switcher (CTRL-O) WITHOUT necessary ESC (and vice versa).
