Highlightr styling in Obsidian Publish pages

What I’m trying to do

I am currently using Highlightr plugin for my files. I’d like to retain the Highlightr stying in my obsidian publish pages.

What is the best way to incorporate the Highlightr-specific CSS (which is in two files within the highlightr plugin folder, styles.css and data.json) into the publish.css?

When I publish the files, the Highlightr css is not in the published files because it is not included in the publish.css

(I’m not completely clueless but is novice at best)

what happens if you use the ==highlight== from Markdown instead?

That only gives me a single color.
The beauty of Highlightr is the different color highlights as that’s how I categorize my notes.
