Help needed for ribbon menu and base filter+property

What I’m trying to do

  1. I am trying to reorder left vertical ribbon
  2. In base I have applied filter and property but it does not show filter and property set on one device, in my case I applied it on IPAS but when I work on MacBook those property and filter are not there, it seem I need to apply them again on new device.

Things I have tried

  1. For ribbon reorder I changed it in appearance, interface and manage also tried manual drag and drop. It does not save reorder.
  2. I have also tried completely removing vault from each device (one at a time) and ran sync again with same result.
  3. I am using obsidian sync, my vault is not syncing with iCloud.

For item 2. After 10 minutes or so filter and property showed up on other device may be something to do with Sync.
