I have Obsidian sync enabled and it syncs the core plugin list and settings and installed community plugins but not the active list of community plugins. I keep coming back to find plugins disabled either after restarting Obsidian or my Windows PC. It even seems to happen when my computer goes into sleep mode. I made sure that my .obsidian folder is set to not read only. And it also still happens even though I haven’t used Obsidian on my Android for a long while.
