Have separate "Use Markdown links" options for internal and external links

Use case or problem

Wikilinks are great for internal links because they’re less verbose/redundant and easier to read. But for external links, Markdown links are easier to read because the title comes first and you don’t have to scan a possibly very long URL for your eye to find the title.

Proposed solution

Similar to Have separate "Use Markdown links" options for wikilinks and image links I think we need separate settings for internal vs. external inks

Current workaround (optional)

I have the config set to Markdown links and whenever I make an internal link, I invoke a hotkey for the plugin GitHub - agathauy/wikilinks-to-mdlinks-obsidian: An Obsidian md plugin which allows for the conversion of individually selected wikilinks to markdown links, and vice versa.
