Have separate "Use Markdown links" options for internal and external links

Use case or problem

Wikilinks are great for internal links because they’re less verbose/redundant and easier to read. But for external links, Markdown links are easier to read because the title comes first and you don’t have to scan a possibly very long URL for your eye to find the title.

Proposed solution

Similar to https://forum.obsidian.md/t/have-separate-use-markdown-links-options-for-wikilinks-and-image-links/7686 I think we need separate settings for internal vs. external inks

Current workaround (optional)

I have the config set to Markdown links and whenever I make an internal link, I invoke a hotkey for the plugin https://github.com/agathauy/wikilinks-to-mdlinks-obsidian
